目的： 

職能治療師常常在臨床上常常遇到因泌尿系統出了問題，而需要導尿的個案。雖然目前有許多物品可用於泌尿系統失調的病人身上，像是內導尿管(圖一)，它是將管線插在尿道至膀胱，使尿液流向外面的袋子中。外導尿管(圖二)，這較常使用在男性身上，它是用保險套將陰莖包住的方式來收集尿液，它可降低尿道感染的機率。另外還有尿布和至於尿道口的帽型物。

目的：

當有越來越多的年長者想要持續進行開車活動，以去維持他們的獨立性與社會參與時，職能治療師進行開車評估的角色就越來越重要了。很明顯的，開車者的安全與自我察覺是非常重要的因素，這樣才成使不安全的開車行為達到最小化的狀態。

年長者會因年齡的因素影響到視力、生理和認知能力。察覺扮演了一個很重要的角色，因為這樣他才能針對這些改變去採取代償的策略。然而，如果他們沒有察覺到這些改變，他便不會去調整他們的駕駛行為。

方法：

連續性石膏目的是在改善有馬蹄足步態的痙攣型腦性麻痺兒童，我們評估過這類型小孩利用短期石膏牽拉的效果，並與自然狀況下來做比較，交叉實驗隨機取樣分成兩群孩子，實驗內容包括控制期、打石膏期。
